REPAIRS - All of the Pc Stardust repairs are completed by a qualified engineer and come with the 28 day stamp of approval warranty guarantee. All parts on top of the labour come with a one year guarantee unless stated to be longer. Within the repair package we carry out, if we can’t fix the issue, then there is no charge. The cases of no fix tend to be when the PC parts are no longer available brand new. We will aim to provide a fix around the issue to give the customer satisfaction. 

 

 

INSTALLS - Installs can be related to simply broadband connection in which we have trained on products From BT/Orange/Virgin/Tiscali/Talk Talk/AOL. This can be connection and email set up within your package. The install area covers both hardware and software install and in most cases both

Training is a big area of Pc Stardust, simply we cater for all training needs from the complete novice or where someone feels the need to expand with the knowledge of the Pc stardust staff. I myself was the IT Mentor at Falkirk College and passed on some of the simple tips to the novice and onwards to fellow students and the hard end user. There is always room to learn about Pc`s no matter what stage you are at.
